The dimosdramas.gr website was completely redesigned with the aim of modernizing the Municipality’s digital presence and improving daily services to citizens. The new structure is based on clear information architecture, improved navigation, and modern design, allowing direct access to information, announcements, and municipal services.
At the same time, AI citizen support was integrated, providing immediate answers and guidance on basic questions, reducing communication overload and improving the user experience. Particular emphasis was placed on compliance with WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring that the website is accessible to all citizens, enhancing the transparency, inclusiveness, and usability of the Municipality’s digital platform.
